Return and refund policies

We remind you that you can exchange or return your Ginga product within 30 days, counted from the receipt of your merchandise. For this you will need to observe the following steps:



1. Send your article to: Rua Latino Coelho, 46, 3 Esq. – 1050-137 Lisbon.

2. Send an email to shopginga.contact@gmail.com with the following information:

• Full name
• contact e-mail
• Phone number
• Address where you want to receive your new article (if applicable)
• Proof of payment and date of purchase
• Proof of shipment of the product for exchange/return
• Indication of the item and size you want to EXCHANGE or RETURN
• Indicate the article and size you want to RECEIVE
• If applicable, inform data that you want to receive the refund: IBAN and full name

We suggest that shipping be done by a courier or registered mail.

The shipping cost will be refunded to the customer upon presentation of proof of shipment!

The return or exchange of the product can only occur if it has not been used yet.
